To reset your login details, click the "Forgotten password" link, located beneath the site login box.
Enter your username or email address and select submit.
So long as you have entered a correct username or email address, you will receive an automatic password reset to your email inbox. Follow the instructions provided in this email. Please note that a lost password request will only last for 24 hours, so you will need to submit a new request if this period has passed.
On first entry back into your learning platform, you will need to change your password to something more personal. Make sure you record and safely store these new login details for next time.
